Pilates Rehabilitation

Pilates is an innovative and safe form of exercise that was developed over a century ago by Joseph Pilates for the purposes of rehabilitation. He developed a group of exercises using a floor mat or various pieces of specialized equipment to emphasize core strength to develop a perfectly functioning body.
